Your Career: Account Director
As an Account Director at MHR, you will be responsible for:
- Accelerating growth and maximising strategic value across our largest enterprise customers.
- Leveraging your proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales, ideally within HR, Payroll, Finance, or broader business applications.
- Leading complex, high-value commercial engagements and driving multi-year digital transformation partnerships.
Operating confidently at Executive and Board level, you will:
- Navigate sophisticated stakeholder landscapes.
- Align business objectives with technology strategy.
- Develop compelling business cases that deliver measurable outcomes.

Your Team
As a senior member of our Enterprise Account Management function, you will:
- Partner closely with Customer Success, Consultancy, Product, Delivery, and Executive Leadership teams to drive customer outcomes and sustainable growth.
- Establish and maintain executive-level relationships across your portfolio, developing a deep understanding of each customer's:
- Strategic priorities
- Operational challenges
- Evolving market landscape
- Build joint success plans
- Facilitate strategic reviews
- Identify opportunities to expand MHR’s footprint across the enterprise.
Acting as the voice of the customer internally, you’ll:
- Help shape our product direction
- Strengthen customer advocacy
- Ensure alignment between customer objectives and MHR’s long-term vision.
Your Impact
Your role extends beyond revenue generation to influencing long-term strategic partnerships that drive mutual growth. By:
- Conducting robust account planning
- Offering executive sponsorship
- Engaging in value-led engagements, you will:
- Increase adoption of MHR’s solutions
- Unlock opportunities for account expansion
- Strengthen customer retention across complex enterprise environments
Through:
- Articulating clear business value
- Demonstrating ROI
- Supporting customers’ transformation agendas
you will position MHR as a critical partner in achieving their organisational goals. Your ability to:
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams
