Account Director

Exceptional Account Director Needed

Salary: £75,000 + dependent on experience

Based five days a week in London, this signature site Account Director will lead a high-performing team across a blended service delivery model. Reporting into a wider global account structure, the role sits at senior leadership level with international scope, actively influencing future mobilisation plans.

You will ensure operational excellence, delivering commercial performance and premium client experiences across multiple locations in Europe.

Main Responsibilities

  • Serve as senior client lead, cultivating executive-level relationships and representing the brand at a high-end professional level.
  • Drive operational excellence, process optimisation and performance standards.
  • Oversee mobilisation and expansion, embedding best practice and consistency across sites.
  • Collaborate within the global team to align strategy, governance and delivery models.

Essential Experience & Requirements

  • Proven senior leadership history managing multi-location, large-scale accounts.
  • Foodservice sector experience is essential.
  • Strong commercial acumen, ownership of P&L performance.
  • Executive presence proven at board level.
  • Experience with multi-location or international account delivery.
  • Operationally rigorous, strategically minded, and client-focused.
