We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Account Director to join our growing Client Services team. This role is ideal for someone who has a genuine passion for science and innovation, and for bridging the gap between scientific information and real-world impact.

You will be responsible for:
- Working across multiple clients and brands with a variety of new challenges to take on
- Guiding a wide range of commercial activities, including brand positioning, concept development, branding, e-detail aids and other launch assets, congresses, webinars, internal engagement, and patient materials
- Collaborating with a highly committed, imaginative, and supportive team who are motivated by exceeding client expectations
- Assisting in growing and developing the business and the team
We believe someone with the following skills and experience could be a good match for this role:
- Degree-level qualification in a relevant science (essential)
- Previous experience as an Account Director or Senior Account Manager within a medical communications agency or similar
