Here at Haier Europe (Candy, Hoover, Haier) our ambition is simple; to be the number one Domestic Appliance and Smart Home business in the UK and Ireland. As we grow our business, we are now looking for a new Account Director to support our growth across our Small Domestic Appliance business.
As Account Director, you’ll be the strategic sales relationship lead for a defined customer or customer group across the SDA business. You’ll be responsible for developing and delivering the customer business plan, managing senior customer relationships, driving sell-out execution, and delivering profitable sales and margin growth. A significant part of this role will involve managing and growing sales through online and omnichannel retail partners, alongside traditional retail.

INDSDA
With proven experience working in a strategic Account Director, Senior National Account Manager or Account Manager role, you’ll have experience managing major retail, online retail, omnichannel or ecommerce customers. You’ll need to understand how to drive performance across both physical and digital retail environments and how to lead joint business planning, promotional alignment, range development and commercial negotiations with the customer.
You’ll be able to work remotely but will need to travel to our Birchwood Park office (WA3 6XG) extensively.
