Account Director / Senior Account Director - Formula 1 Hospitality
London | Hybrid (3 Days Per Week)

£60,000 - £65,000 (Account Director)
£70,000 - £75,000 (Senior Account Director)

We are working with a fast-growing sports agency to appoint either an Account Director or Senior Account Director to join their Formula 1 hospitality team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who genuinely lives and breathes Formula 1 and has extensive experience delivering premium hospitality programmes within the sport. Working across a portfolio of high-profile clients, you will play a leading role in designing and delivering exceptional guest experiences at races and key Formula 1 events around the world.

You will be responsible for managing senior client relationships, overseeing event delivery, leading programme planning and ensuring every hospitality touchpoint is delivered to the highest possible standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of Formula 1 hospitality programmes from planning through to on-site execution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, rights holders, suppliers and stakeholders
  • Manage budgets, timelines and project plans
  • Oversee guest management and VIP experiences
  • Lead internal teams and provide strategic guidance on programme delivery
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client experiences and drive account growth
  • Travel internationally to support race and event delivery

  • Significant experience working within Formula 1 hospitality - this is essential
  • Strong client servicing and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing complex hospitality programmes and VIP guest experiences
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Commercially aware with strong project management capabilities
  • Passionate about Formula 1 and the premium hospitality landscape

Candidates who are immediately available are of particular interest, although those currently serving notice periods will also be considered.
