Senior Account Director
About the Role
Are you passionate about Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube? Do you live and breathe social media content and creator culture? Dream of shaping strategy for some of the world's biggest brands and most exciting creators? If yes, we'd love to hear from you.
Our client believes influencer gifting is never just logistics. It's strategy. It's culture. It's the difference between a product that gets posted and one that gets ignored. They're looking for a Strategist who understands that difference at a fundamental level.
About Our Client
Our client is the UK's leading influencer gifting agency, specialising in authentic connections between brands and creators. Their end-to-end offering manages every stage of the gifting process, from creator selection and personalised fulfilment through to content tracking and ROI measurement via their proprietary platform.
Their model is built on authenticity, empowering nano and micro creators to share genuine, unscripted stories about brands they love. They have partnered with more than 200 leading brands, including L'Oréal, Unilever, P&G, Adidas, Kellogg's, Tesco and Heinz, and pioneered the UK's first chilled and frozen influencer product distribution service.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
