Application Deadline: 19 July 2026

Department: Strat, Trans & Reporting : Advisory

Location: UK - London

Description

We’re looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial and commercially-minded Account Director with a passion for purpose and sustainability to lead on exciting, purpose-driven accounts. You’ll be an integral strategic partner for your clients and will own and manage the delivery of exceptional programmes of work across strategic thinking, brand innovation and storytelling. Our output is varied - and so you could have the opportunity to work across a range of projects, from purpose positioning to employee engagement, sustainability strategy and behaviour change programmes. You’ll work alongside STaR’s specialist consultants in purpose, strategy, transformation and sustainability reporting, acting as the client’s representative at Anthesis. You’ll responsible for account development and nurturing relationships, as well as project delivery. You’ll also actively seek out and contribute to new business. You’ll report into a Client Director within STaR who will support you with career development and opportunities. We work on a project basis, so you could be working on one large account (£800-£1M) or several smaller ones depending on demand. This role would be ideally suited to an experienced Account Director from an agency background who wants to move into an impact-led role, or a client/programme manager from an in-house or consultancy role. We’re looking for a true client whisperer; someone who can balance flawless project management with a natural instinct for account growth and the ability to build genuine relationships with our clients.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
