Key Responsibilities
As Account Director (New Business Specialist), your role will include:
- Sourcing and converting opportunities in the local market, securing key appointments for new business wins
- Building and nurturing client relationships – ensuring deep alignment with clients’ business goals
- Exploring innovative strategies across our broad product range (radio, digital, and hybrid solutions)
- Driving creative problem-solving with fresh ideas to boost client growth and deliver superior results
- Staying ahead of competitors, ensuring our brand stands out with differentiated value
- Collaborating with multi-disciplined teams to efficiently execute client solutions
- Delivering impactful pitches, engaging and creativity in presentations
- Meeting aggressive targets for revenue, call rates, and performance standards
