Description
Are you a strategic research leader with a passion for FMCG and product innovation?
At MMR, we’re looking for an Account Director to own client partnerships end-to-end, delivering insight that shapes product development, drives brand growth, and influences key commercial decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic FMCG partnerships – become a trusted advisor to clients, guiding product and innovation decisions
- Win and grow business – turn opportunities into long-term, high-value relationships
- Shape standout proposals – craft and pitch compelling, insight-led solutions
- Design best-in-class product research – from sensory and concept testing to bespoke methodologies
- Deliver high-impact insight – translate data into clear stories that drive action
- Own delivery & commercials – lead complex projects with full accountability for quality, timing, and profitability
- Develop people & capability – mentor individuals / account teams and contribute to MMR’s thought leadership and innovation
