We're partnering with a well-established video production agency that's continuing to grow and is looking to hire an experienced Account Director to help drive its next phase of expansion.
Working with some of the world's best-known brands and leading creative agencies, the team delivers award-winning content across social campaigns, TV commercials, branded content, digital films, OOH and key visuals, both in the UK and internationally.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong commercial mindset and an existing network within a sector such as fashion, gaming, fintech or another relevant industry.

The Opportunity
This role is a little different from a traditional Account Director position. Initially, your focus will be on winning new business through your existing network, proactive outreach and relationship building. Once you've secured new clients, you'll become the Account Director on those accounts, overseeing projects from brief through to delivery while developing long-term client partnerships.
As the agency continues to grow, you'll play a key role in building out your sector, with Business Development Managers and Account Managers joining the team to support new business activity. Over time, the role naturally evolves into a more strategic Account Director position focused on growing client relationships and leading your area of the business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
