With ambitious expansion plans, we’re looking for high-performing enterprise sales professionals who have the experience, credibility, and track record to drive strategic growth across complex organisations.
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional enterprise sales capabilities and a proven ability to lead and collaborate across cross-functional teams, including Solution Consulting, Digital Strategy, Product Specialists, Industry Experts, Marketing, and Customer Success. Success in this role is built on developing trusted executive relationships and orchestrating resources to deliver measurable business value.
What You’ll Do
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts. Key responsibilities include:
- Build and develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders, driving value from existing investments while identifying opportunities for expansion and new business.
- Partner closely with Customer Success, Solution Consulting, Enterprise Architecture, Digital Strategy, Marketing, Inside Sales, and other internal teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
- Lead executive engagement across customer organisations, establishing a clear value framework and managing communications with senior decision-makers, including C-level executives.
- Develop and execute account strategies that generate net-new revenue and accelerate long-term account growth.
- Collaborate effectively with partners, consulting teams, and solution consultants throughout the sales cycle.
- Develop customer success stories, references, and value metrics across industry verticals.
- Support joint marketing and thought leadership initiatives to strengthen market presence.
- Apply a consultative, solution-led sales approach to uncover customer needs and deliver business outcomes.

What You’ll Bring
- Proven success in enterprise software sales.
- Experience selling into global enterprise organisations, with the ability to articulate business value and secure complex, multi-million, multi-year agreements.
- Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and market share objectives.
- Demonstrated success engaging and influencing executive stakeholders, including Vice Presidents and C-level decision-makers.
- Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
- Expertise in solution selling, with a proven ability to develop compelling, mutually beneficial business proposals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-performance environment.
- Highly motivated, ambitious, and results-driven with a strong customer focus
