Job Role Responsibilities
- Run your own desk like a business - take ownership, make decisions and see the impact of your work
- Prospect through calls, email, LinkedIn, and creative outreach that helps you stand out
- Build and develop your own pipeline and customer base from scratch
- Develop key skills including rapport building, commercial thinking, and adaptability
- Work as part of a growing London team, supported by a well established global business
- Receive full training and ongoing coaching - no prior sales experience required
Job Requirements
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable speaking with people and building relationships
- Ambitious, proactive, and willing to learn
- Team-oriented mindset
- Degree or A-Levels preferred but not essential

- £27K base salary + commission (£32-35K OTE in year one)
- Hybrid Working (3/2) after promotion to a Senior Account Manager
