The Role: Account Executive (Outbound SMB Sales)

This is a hands-on, outbound sales role focused on selling to small and medium-sized hospitality businesses.

You’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—and thrive on structure, momentum, and delivering results with confidence.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle for SMB prospects—from first contact to closed deals
  • Drive high-impact outbound activity, including:
    • Outbound calls
    • Email sequences
    • LinkedIn outreach
    • Creative prospecting methods
  • Conduct high-quality discovery calls and customized product demos
  • Qualify opportunities using clear deal criteria and stage-by-stage next steps
  • Consistently close new business against defined monthly/quarterly targets
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth handovers and long-term value
  • Maintain accurate CRM pipeline management and forecasting

What You Bring

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in SMB outbound sales, ideally in SaaS or hospitality tech
  • Closing expertise—track record of hitting (or exceeding) targets consistently
  • Skills to run elegant demos and carry commercial conversations with conviction
  • Comfortable selling into hospitality businesses (hotels, guesthouses, serviced apartments) or transition easily to new markets
  • Confidence conversing with hotel owners, general managers, and decision-makers
  • Disciplined approach to pipeline growth—structured, metrics-driven
  • High energy, resilience and owner mentality—impatient but resilient
  • Fluent in English (minimum B2 or native fluency)

  • Direct experience selling software to SME hotels—deep instinct for hospitality pain points
  • Passion for outbound hustle—you thrive when the leads are yours, not "dropped in your lap"
  • Clear yet collaborative closing style—wins are built on education, not pressure
