We’re hiring a Senior Account Executive to join a fast-growing, VC-backed AI SaaS business that’s transforming how frontline public services are delivered across the UK.
With £1m+ ARR, strong customer traction and recent investment secured, the business is entering an exciting stage of growth - and this hire will play a key role in what comes next. 📈
🎯 The Role
You’ll own the full enterprise sales cycle, winning complex, high-value deals across local government and the wider UK public sector. This is an opportunity to do more than just sell. You’ll work closely with the founders, help shape the GTM strategy and play a key role in building a scalable commercial function.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Owning the full sales cycle, from strategic prospecting through to close
- Winning new business across the wider public sector
- Building relationships with C-suite, Director-level and procurement stakeholders
- Managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
- Helping shape the ICP, messaging and GTM strategy
- Turning strong early traction into a repeatable and scalable sales motion

👤 About You
We’re looking for a high-performing enterprise salesperson who knows how to win complex deals.
You’ll have:
- A strong track record in B2B SaaS or technology sales
- Experience selling into UK local government or the wider public sector
- A proven history of closing complex, high-value deals
- An understanding of public-sector procurement and buying cycles
- The ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on
- A self-starting, entrepreneurial mindset
