The Role

As an Account Executive, you’ll join our Sales team and run full-cycle sales across your territory in EMEA. You’ll become an expert in compensation, identify market trends, and share insights that help shape our product and marketing strategy—including how we bring an agentic layer to our compensation data and insights.

We believe in value-based selling, so this role will suit someone consultative who can manage multiple opportunities in a high-velocity small- and mid-market environment.

This is your chance to help build a category-defining company at an exciting point in its evolution. You’ll develop new relationships with HR and Reward leaders and establish Ravio as the go-to compensation insights platform in your territory. As we add an agentic layer to our data and insights, you’ll help customers understand what this new generation of compensation technology can unlock.

Compensation hasn’t been reinvented in decades—HR buyers often tell us their current benchmarking providers “still look like Windows 96”—so you’ll help define what modern looks like and solve meaningful challenges for customers.

We also invest in mentoring and genuine career progression, whether you want to deepen your expertise as an individual contributor, move into leadership, or explore other parts of the business as Ravio scales.

What We’re Looking For

  • Research, identify, and approach prospective customers in your territory.
  • Own the entire sales lifecycle, from outreach and demos through legal review, negotiation, and close.
  • Manage a high volume of opportunities in parallel while building strong customer relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success to ensure a smooth handover for newly onboarded customers and support their ongoing success with Ravio.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the compensation challenges facing tech companies and how Ravio can help solve them.
  • Build fluency in Ravio’s evolving compensation insights and AI and agentic capabilities, clearly communicate their value to customers, and bring market feedback into how the proposition develops.
  • Share market insights and work closely with our Commercial and Product teams to refine our product suite and commercial strategy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You’ll be a good fit for this role if you have:

  • 3+ years of experience in a full-cycle B2B SaaS sales role, working alongside wider commercial functions and independently driving success in your region. Experience selling to HR or Reward buyers is a plus.
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at every level and build trust and excitement with prospects.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and bias for action. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace constant change.
  • Familiarity with the Account Executive tech stack, such as HubSpot, Claude, Cognism, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, is a plus.
  • Curiosity about AI and agentic technology, with the openness and learning agility to understand emerging capabilities and translate them into clear customer value. Prior AI sales experience is welcome but not required.
  • Fluency in Spanish or Swedish is ideal, but not essential.

If you don’t meet every requirement, we’d still love to hear from you if you believe you have what it takes and can demonstrate it through your previous work.
