fourfive - Account Executive
Location: Hybrid, 2 days a week in our office in Monument - London.
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Level: Early career. FMCG experience desirable, not essential
fourfive began when co-founders & professional rugby players George Kruis and Dom Day couldn’t find supplements they trusted. So they built their own. Clean ingredients. Proper doses. Independently tested. Born in sport. Built for life.
This is a broad, hands-on commercial role at the heart of our Sales & Account Management team. You’ll manage a portfolio of accounts ranging from Ocado, Wholefoods, David Lloyds through to smaller gym chains and professional sports teams. The role will create new business but ensure the management and growth of the accounts. We’re hiring for attitude first. If you’re a good person, sharp, proactive and genuinely keen to learn, we want to hear from you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
