Quantium is scaling our products and reaching to delight more customers and is looking to add talented members across engineering, business development, and client support teams.

Job Description

We are seeking a driven and experienced Account Executive (AE) who understands the private markets and investment technology landscape. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales within this industry, building strong relationships with decision-makers and driving the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the entire sales process, including prospecting, nurturing leads, presenting solutions, and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within private markets firms.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue goals and long-term client success.
  • Understand clients' needs and articulate Quantium’s value proposition for private equity, venture capital, fund-of-funds, and related firms effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, forecasts, and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in private markets or investment technology.
  • Familiarity with fund and portfolio management platforms and working with private equity, venture capital, or similar clients.
  • Strong understanding of private markets and the challenges faced by firms in this space.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools.
  • Highly organized, with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
