Account Executive

About us: Specialising in the FMCG, Health & Beauty, and Publishing sectors, we create engaging path-to-purchase journeys that connect brands with their audiences and motivate shoppers to indulge in the things they love.

We work across the full shopper journey with the types of projects we deliver ranging from POS and shopper toolkits to promotional solutions, trade marketing, experiential activation and partnership marketing.

Our clients include leading Food, Drink and Health & Beauty brands, as well as magazine distributors.

About the role: This role will be to provide the Consumer Brands team with day-to-day account support working across FMCG, Publishing, and Health & Beauty clients. Based at our London office, the role will be working with both our London and Midlands based teams.

This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their career who’s excited about consumer brands and keen to learn how creative work is made, from the first idea all the way to final delivery. You’ll be supported by experienced account leads, creatives, and production teams as you help bring campaigns to life.

You’ll be the kind of person who loves working collaboratively, thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems and keeping projects moving.

Key responsibilities: Supporting the day-to-day management of projects, from briefing to end delivery. Prepare briefs clearly and accurately, ensuring brand, retailer and regulatory guidelines are understood. Manage design and artwork amends, and approval rounds to client sign-off. Building trusted relationships with clients and internal teams through clear communication and reliability. General project admin including: 1.Setting up new projects 2.Preparing client quotes 3.Monitoring budget spend 4.Raising draft invoices Creation of project timelines and managing workflow to ensure deadlines are met. Maintaining up-to-date project trackers and internal systems. Working with our internal procurement team from production quoting through to end delivery. Market research: store visits / online research / social research to keep up with industry news and present findings back to the team. Assisting with brainstorms / presentation / proposals as required. Admin support during live promotions including weekly redemption reports, monitoring mailboxes, responding to customer queries, and managing prize fulfilment. Assisting with the creation of project wash-up reports & presentations.

Key Requirements: Around 1–2 years’ experience in B2C account management or client services within a creative agency, or marketing environment, preferably with some experience of working on shopper marketing projects. Previous POS production experience preferential but not essential. Strong organisational and communication skills - you’re proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented. Strong attention to detail and financial acumen. Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines with a positive, solutions-focused attitude. A genuine passion for consumer brands, shopper marketing, creativity, and learning how great work gets made. Flexible and adaptable - comfortable stepping in to support other parts of the account when priorities shift or volume increases.
