Our client is one of the world's leading construction safety intelligence platforms, helping contractors build safer, smarter, and more efficient projects.

Founded in 2013 with a vision to become the international benchmark for digital safety and quality management, they are now trusted by some of the construction industry's largest contractors across Australia, New Zealand, North America, and Europe. Today, the platform supports the safety and quality management of more than 500,000 workers across thousands of construction projects globally.

As the construction industry continues to embrace digital transformation, our client is helping organisations reduce risk, improve compliance, and create safer working environments through innovative technology.

With continued growth across the UK and Europe, our client is now looking to add an Account Executive to its commercial team.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to join a high-growth construction technology business at an exciting stage of its journey.

As an Account Executive, you'll be responsible for driving new business growth across the UK construction market while also identifying opportunities to expand existing customer relationships. You'll manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through to negotiation, close, and ongoing account development.

This role suits someone who enjoys building relationships, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and acting as a trusted advisor rather than a transactional salesperson.

You'll work closely with senior decision-makers across construction organisations, helping them improve safety performance, streamline compliance processes, and create greater operational efficiency across their projects.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development

  • Generate and develop new business opportunities across the UK construction sector
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and inbound enquiries
  • Identify target accounts and create strategic plans to engage key stakeholders
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer challenges, objectives, and requirements
  • Deliver product demonstrations and commercial proposals
  • Lead opportunities through the full sales cycle through to successful close

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
