Account Executive - Sales

Tech-for-Good SaaS | Manchester (Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days WFH)

£52,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £82,000+)

We're working with a rapidly growing Manchester-based Tech-for-Good SaaS business that's transforming how organisations create safer, more supportive workplaces.

Following significant success within the education sector, the business is now investing heavily in its corporate growth strategy, creating an opportunity for an experienced Account Executive to join at an exciting stage of their journey.

This is a genuine new business role, selling a highly consultative SaaS platform into senior decision-makers across HR, Legal, Risk and the C-Suite, helping organisations address compliance, employee wellbeing and workplace culture.

Package

  • £52,000 basic salary.
  • Uncapped commission with realistic first-year earnings of £82,000+.
  • Accelerators for over-performance.

The Role

  • Own the full new business sales cycle from initial prospecting through to negotiation and close.
  • Sell a consultative SaaS solution into mid-market and enterprise organisations across the UK.
  • Engage senior stakeholders including HR Directors, Chief People Officers, Legal, Risk, Procurement and C-Suite executives.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and commercial proposals aligned to each customer's business challenges.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to provide market feedback and shape future growth.

Ideal Profile

  • 2+ years' experience in a full-cycle B2B SaaS Account Executive role.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience managing 4-6 month sales cycles.
  • Comfortable selling £10k-30k+ ARR SaaS solutions.
  • Experience selling into HR, Legal, Risk, Procurement or other senior business stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and excited by building a growing market within a high-growth SaaS business.
