About The Role

Are you a commercially sharp salesperson who wants to close deals that genuinely change lives?

This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth tech startup and drive our expansion into the adult social care sector. You will be at the forefront of this effort, leading complex sales cycles for a product that delivers transformative outcomes for care providers and the people they support through streamlining workflows and improving service delivery.

You will own deals from the first meeting to the signed contract, navigating multi-stakeholder environments with skill and precision. In a sector crying out for innovation, you will be a key player in demonstrating how technology can create a more efficient and impactful social care system.

You’ll be

Owning the full sales cycle: Managing the entire process from initial discovery to contract signature, taking ownership of your pipeline and revenue targets. Mastering your craft: Using a MEDDPICC-informed approach to rigorously qualify opportunities, create accurate forecasts, and run deep discovery sessions that uncover real customer needs. Navigating complex deals: Engaging a diverse range of stakeholders, including operational, clinical, digital, and financial buyers, and guiding them through a structured evaluation process. Designing transformative solutions: Working hand-in-hand with our Delivery and Customer Success teams to co-design impactful trials and proposals that deliver on our promises. Levelling up our sales playbook: Bringing your insights from the field to constantly refine and improve our team's messaging, strategy, and processes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
