Enterprise Account Executive
Agentic AI Startup
London (Hybrid, 3 days office)
£120k-£150k base (£240k-£300k OTE, uncapped) + equity & benefits
At Hired By Startups, we're working with a Series B agentic AI startup, hiring an Enterprise Account Executive as one of their early commercial hires.
This startup has a genuinely differentiated technical product, with a strong technical moat, in a category that's still being defined. They have household name enterprise clients already signed, and backing from prominent European VCs. This isn't another wrapper, it's a deeply technical product, built on proprietary AI, which will revolutionise the way enterprises operate.
Reporting to the CRO, you'll own the full enterprise sales cycle from origination to close, landing new accounts with six-figure deals, before expanding accounts to reach seven/eight-figures annually.
If you're looking for a new role where you can sell a deeply technical product to enterprise customers, this could be for you. Keep reading...

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
