We’re seeking a proactive, collaborative Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive pipeline growth, engage prospects, and champion our mission. If you thrive in a high-energy, people-first environment, we’d love to hear from you.
The Role

Lead Generation & Sales Pipeline Growth
- Identify and qualify inbound and outbound prospects with precision
- Develop and manage prospecting initiatives to convert leads into qualified opportunities
- Maintain a healthy pipeline to meet quota requirements (monthly, quarterly, annual)

Prospect Engagement
- Conduct consultative sales discussions (video conferencing & phone) to assess needs
- Develop trusted relationships with buying influencers to uncover budgets and timelines
- Follow up on leads with diligent research and outreach—targeted by vertical segment or region

Sales Enablement & Account Development
- Design customized proposals and RFP responses
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations (online and in-person)
- Navigate complex negotiations at senior executive levels

- Relationship & Collaboration
- Build longitudinal trust with cross-functional teams and customers
- Serve as a trusted information resource for procurement needs
Your Experience & Competencies
We don’t require experience in every listed area, but we do need:
- **Sales Hunter with a Quota-Busting Track Record (2+ years)
- SaaS Software Sales & Solution Expertise – ideally drawn from experience in tools, tech, or eLearning.
- LMS / Learning Management System (LMS) Experience (Bonus)
- Prospecting & Qualification Skills – a proven ability to recognize potential and engage decisively
- Multichannel Sales Experience – experience with inbound/outbound, social selling, or demand generation efforts
- Degree preference in Business, IT, or eLearning fields
- Sales Fundamentals Mastery:
- Identifying customer pain points
- Storytelling & objection handling
- Obtaining executive buy-in
- Consumer-Driven Mindset – Always customizing your pitch, adapting to each prospect
- Coachable & Accountable – Acts on feedback, measures progress
- Alignment with Customer Success – Treating prospects as advisors, leading with value, not just features
- Independent Drive – Self-motivated with a result’s first mentality
- Strong Analytical & Time-Management Skills – Balancing Salesforce territory management with follow-ups
- Sales Methodology Knowledge – Experienced with frameworks like Challenger Sales, Miller Heiman, or Stewart Kaiser/ Empire Selling
- Crystal-Clear Communicator – By phone, email, and in whiteboard sessions

Salary & Opportunity
- Base Salary: £60,000 – £70,000
- Total Potential (OTE) up to £140,000 – £120,000 depending on quota achievement & alignment with company wins
