The Role

We are looking for a curious, enthusiastic Marketing Graduate to join our brand and marketing team.

This is an opportunity to kick-start your career in a fast-paced creative agency, working alongside experienced account managers, strategists, creatives and developers to deliver marketing campaigns for some exciting national and international brands.

You'll gain hands-on experience across digital marketing, campaign management, content, websites and client services, learning how campaigns are planned, delivered and measured from start to finish.

The Right Fit

Essential Skills

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or similar (or graduating this year)
  • Passion for marketing, branding and digital
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear, engaging copy
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Curious mindset and willingness to learn
  • Confident using Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Positive attitude and enjoys working collaboratively
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to adapt to changing circumstances

Desirable Skills

  • Experience writing marketing content through university projects, internships, placements or personal projects (e.g. social media, blogs, websites or email campaigns)
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels
  • Basic understanding of CMS platforms and Google Analytics
  • Experience researching products, audiences or campaigns to support content creation
  • Previous customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality or similar), demonstrating strong communication and organisation skills

Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Build positive working relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams through excellent written and verbal communication
  • Attend regular client meetings, status calls and internal planning sessions
  • Support the account team with meeting notes, actions and campaign administration

Campaign Content & Creative Support

  • Research products, promotions and retail initiatives to support campaign development
  • Write engaging campaign copy including content for campaign landing pages, quizzes and colleague communications posts
  • Support content planning across our clients communication channels
  • Assist creative and content teams with campaign ideation and development
  • Ensure content is accurate, engaging and aligned to brand tone of voice

Campaign Planning & Delivery

  • Support the delivery of multiple engagement, learning and incentive campaigns across digital channels
  • Assist with campaign planning, timelines, briefs, approvals and asset coordination
  • Help translate client objectives into actionable campaign activity
  • Work collaboratively with creative, digital and development teams to ensure successful delivery
  • Help ensure campaign activity is delivered accurately, on time and to client expectation
  • Maintain and update internal work-in-progress (WIP) trackers, ensuring campaign status, actions, deadlines and dependencies are accurately recorded and communicated to the wider team

Data, Reporting and Analytics

  • Pull, organise and analyse data from engagement platforms, spreadsheets and reporting tools (such as GA4)
  • Identify trends, insights and opportunities to improve campaign performance
  • Assist with preparing campaign performance reports and presentations
  • Maintain reporting trackers and ensure campaign data is accurate and up to date.
