About the job

A leading digital marketplace supporting technology vendors with their go-to-market offering is looking for experienced Account Executives to support a phase of significant growth. A global business with customers across the UK, North America, and Europe that has undergone structural changes in recent times and is now positioned well for future growth.

Whilst looking for 360 sales expertise (prospect to close and beyond) these roles will be supported by an SDR function that is delivering high numbers of meetings, which in turn are delivering good levels of conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • To build and own a GTM strategy that delivers high levels of new business pipeline.
  • Deliver a high level of conversion from meeting to close through expert control and execution of the discovery phase.
  • Requires expert relationship builders, who are inquisitive and listen well, who can demonstrate a track record of successfully closing high value sales.
  • Seeking “closers” who have built resilience and processes that deliver results.
  • Experience of working with an SDR function would be beneficial, but a proven ability to shape a GTM motion that delivers results is a pre-requisite.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
