Global Payments Client
We're looking for an ambitious Account Executive to join our Client Services team, working on our principal account for one of the world's leading financial services brands and demonstrate energy and effort in everything they do.
This is an entry-level opportunity, ideal for someone early in their career who's keen to learn. You'll support our Client Leads and Production Director across day-to-day account management, and specifically take a hands-on lead on our winner fulfilment programme — managing the delivery of prizes and rewards for the client's competition winners.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the account team with day-to-day account management, including forecasting, timing plans, and cost tracking
- Support senior team members in studio briefings and brainstorming sessions
- Quality control all work before it goes to the client
- Produce speedy, accurate meeting notes, status reports, and follow-ups
- Research the client and industry, creating internal documents where useful to the team
- Manage the end-to-end fulfilment of competition prizes and holiday packages
- Contact winners by phone, email, and, where appropriate, text message, guiding them through the prize claim process using approved communications
- Monitor multiple promotions inboxes, responding promptly to enquiries from winners, clients, and suppliers
- Liaise with suppliers and event partners to coordinate prizes fulfilment, delivery, and all associated logistics
- Track fulfilment progress, maintaining accurate records, and proactively following up to ensure key milestones and deadlines are met
- Securely handle confidential winner information, in line with data protection and confidentiality requirements
- Resolve fulfilment and prize-related queries efficiently, delivering a professional, positive experience throughout the winner journey
- Support winner draws, including setting up the data and running the draw and email send

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
