Account Executive - Legal Tech (New Business Only)

Hybrid - London
(2 days per week in office)
Salary up to £90K + £60K OTE | Total Package £150K

A senior new-business hunting role within a leading legal-tech organisation, focused exclusively on winning net-new clients across top UK and EMEA law firms. This position suits a high-performing sales professional with deep legal-tech or professional-services tech experience, strong enterprise sales capability, and a proven track record of opening and closing complex deals.

Role

  • Drive new business growth across the UK and EMEA, targeting top 50 law firms.
  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from first outreach to close — no existing accounts.
  • Build senior relationships with partners, litigation support leaders, innovation teams and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Deliver tailored, consultative sales engagements aligned to each firm’s strategic priorities.
  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline, accurate forecasting and strong deal momentum.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Solutions, CS, Marketing, Hearings) to progress and win opportunities.
  • Represent the organisation at client meetings, industry events and market-facing initiatives.
  • Feed market insights back into product, marketing and sales strategy.

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum 6 years’ field sales experience in SaaS/technology.
  • Strong background selling into large UK law firms or legal-tech environments.
  • Proven success in new-logo acquisition and consistent quota attainment.
  • Ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles independently.
  • Executive presence and credibility with senior legal decision-makers.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and proposal development capability.
  • Hunter mentality: proactive, persistent, self-directed and highly motivated.
  • Excellent communication skills and disciplined pipeline management.

Package

  • Base salary up to £90K
  • OTE £60K
  • Total package approx. £150K
