Role Description

This part-time Account Executive role is a hybrid position based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with a mix of office and work-from-home days. The Account Executive will support day-to-day client account management, including drafting press materials, coordinating media outreach, and managing timelines and deliverables.

  • Monitoring media coverage
  • Preparing reports
  • Updating contact databases
  • Assisting with event planning and campaign execution
  • Liaising with clients and partners
  • Contributing creative ideas for PR and marketing initiatives
  • Ensuring smooth communication across internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Experience in PR, marketing communications, or related client-facing roles, ideally within design, luxury, or creative sectors.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging content for press releases, pitches, and client updates.
  • Proficiency in media research, monitoring tools, and maintaining accurate contact and coverage databases.
  • Organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to juggle multiple accounts, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Collaborative mindset, comfortable working in a small, agile team and building positive relationships with clients and media.
  • Competence with common office and communication tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software); familiarity with social media platforms is beneficial.
  • Prior agency experience or exposure to interior design, art, travel, architecture, design, luxury, or craft sectors is an advantage.
  • Relevant education or training in communications, public relations, marketing, or a similar discipline is preferred.
