The Opportunity
We’re looking for an Account Executive based in London, UK or possibly remote. This role is ideal for someone looking to continue their sales career in a dynamic SaaS environment by developing the sales process within existing customer accounts. You’ll partner closely with our EMEA sales team to drive upsell and cross-sell revenue from Riskonnect’s existing Integrated Risk Management (IRM) customers. This is a great opportunity to further your sales career working closely with senior sales leaders and executive leadership, contributing to revenue growth, and deepening your knowledge of the enterprise software sales process.

Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a targeted sales plan within existing accounts
- Conduct thorough account research to uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Craft and tailor compelling sales presentations and value-driven messaging
- Initiate outbound emails and calls to re-engage existing customers
- Develop and maintain, or leverage existing, relationships with C-level executives within assigned accounts
- Track activity in CRM systems for accuracy and visibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales Engineering, New Business, Finance) as needed to support deal execution

Your Current Skillset Will Include:
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales, sales support, or business development role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Working knowledge of SaaS or enterprise software sales
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Experience working in a CRM (preferably Salesforce)
- Familiarity with Gong, Consensus, or other sales tools is a plus
- Proficiency in French or German is advantageous
