Role Description
This temporary remote Account Executive role is responsible for managing and growing client relationships, primarily within social media and digital marketing projects. The Account Executive will oversee day-to-day account activities, including coordinating campaigns, tracking performance metrics, preparing reports, and ensuring deliverables align with client objectives and timelines. The role involves collaborating closely with internal teams such as strategy, creative, and analytics to translate client needs into clear briefs and successful campaigns. The person in this role will handle client communications, manage expectations, support budget oversight, and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and upselling. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.

- Client Relationship & Account Management: Candidates should possess skills in client communication, stakeholder management, and day-to-day account coordination.
- Digital & Social Media Expertise: Candidates should possess skills in social media platforms, digital marketing fundamentals, and campaign performance tracking.
- Project & Time Management: Candidates should possess skills in organizing tasks, managing timelines, and coordinating cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.
- Analytical & Reporting Skills: Candidates should possess skills in interpreting campaign data, preparing clear performance reports, and using insights to recommend improvements.
- Communication & Collaboration: Candidates should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to work effectively in a remote, team-based environment.
- Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Candidates should possess the ability to respond quickly to changing client needs, troubleshoot issues, and contribute creative solutions.
- Professional Background: Prior experience in account management, agency or in-house marketing roles, or digital media is beneficial; a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools, project management software, and social media analytics platforms is advantageous.
