Company Description
Who we are
Langland, a Publicis Health company, is the only health communications agency that thinks further across Clinical Trial Experience, Medical Strategy & Education, Public Relations & Policy, and Advertising, to create unique value with visionary clients.
What we believe
Health brings us together. In the diseases we suffer, the medicines we create, and the causes we champion, health shows us our collective humanity. When we break the barriers that divide us, when we think further, we can create healthier futures, together.
A passion for craft
Having expert thinking is only part of our story. To ensure excellence in everything we make, we have centred our disciplines around three essential crafts: science, strategy, and creativity.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The recruitment process
The deadline to apply is Wednesday 1st July and the salary for the role is £28,860.
The application process:
- Once you've submitted your application, you will be emailed a link and asked to complete an online assessment task. This email will come from our partner Arctic Shores. You will need to complete the assessment within 3 days of submitting your application.
- If successful at the application and online assessment task stage, you will then have a screening call with a recruiter from the Publicis team.
- The final stage will be either joining one of our assessment centres or having an interview, which we are planning to hold on Wednesday 22nd July, in person at our office located at: 2 Television Centre, 101 Wood Lane, White City.
The proposed start date for the successful candidate is Monday 17th August.
🌟 What to Expect from the Arctic Shores Assessment
As part of our selection process, we use an Arctic Shores game-based assessment to help us understand your natural strengths in a fair, engaging way. This isn’t a quiz about what you know, it’s about showing how you think, behave, and solve problems in real time.
What it is
A series of interactive tasks (games) designed to measure problem-solving, decision-making, adaptability, focus, and other work-relevant behaviours.
How it works
- You’ll receive an email with a link and simple instructions.
- Before the official assessment, you can try a practice task so you’re confident with the format.
- The assessment usually has around 7-9 tasks and should take about the same time as a standard online test.

Tips to succeed
- Choose a quiet, distraction-free space with a reliable device.
- Read the instructions carefully before starting each activity.
- Be yourself - Arctic Shores is designed to capture how you naturally approach challenges, not what you think is the “right” answer.
After you finish
Candidates receive a personalised feedback report that explains what your responses suggest about your strengths - valuable insight whether you join us or not. There are no right or wrong answers - your results simply help us understand where you’ll thrive. Approach it with confidence and focus on performing consistently throughout each task.
