Hayes, Currys (Store Location)
Position: Permanent | Full-Time | 30-39 hours per week (flexible for additional hours)
Hourly Rate: £13.86/hour (London stores: +£0.68/hour premium) Bonus: ~£1.77 per hour on average (performance-linked)

As an Account Executive in our business-to-business (B2B) department, you’ll play a pivotal role in connecting local businesses with the right tech solutions to solve their challenges. Your proactive approach, adaptability, and customer-first mindset will drive repeat customers, boost retention, and lift store performance.
This opportunity is for someone who thrives on relationship building, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to influence outcomes through every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Build meaningful customer experiences: Create lasting impressions at every touchpoint—from initial consultation to final tech deployment.
- Align products with business needs: Deep-diving into client goals to recommend technologies that drive ROI and efficiency.
- Expand local partnerships: Cultivate a network of business owners and decision-makers across Hayes and surrounding regions.
- Turn leads into loyalty: Nurture new accounts and strengthen existing relationships for sustained revenue growth.
- Obsess over performance: Contribute strategically to store sales targets and exceed client expectations.
- Stay ahead: Monitor competitor activity in your area and proactively identify opportunities for competitive advantage.

Requirements
Being successful in this role means diving into a fast-paced environment with a mix of retail and B2B acumen, so key attributes include:
- Proven client-facing experience: Retail or business sales experience—that or both—will give you an edge here.
- Target-driven mindset: A relentless focus on hitting objectives while consistently out-performing expectations.
- Tech curiosity: Keen to keep up with innovation, demo products creatively, and educate clients.
