Account Executive
Account Executive – Hornetsecurity (Northern Europe)
About the Role As an Account Executive, you will join a fast-growing, global company that celebrated independent action, innovation, and plenty of career advancement opportunities. This is a full-time, locally-based role at our Green Park office in Reading, UK, available immediately! Your mission? Help us become the market leader in Northern Europe by driving sales, building partnerships, and shaping the future of IT security.
Responsibilities
Your role as the Account Executive will include:
- Serving as the central point of contact for our global partner base—delivering excellence in customer service to empower our network.
- Growing B2B relationships within the IT Distribution Sales Channel in Northern Europe.
- Innovating new ways to introduce and upsell our complete security portfolio.
- Achieving or exceeding agreed sales targets, contributing to growth.
- Building a healthy sales pipeline and expanding Brand Awareness of Hornetsecurity in the region.

Profile & Requirements
To thrive in this role, you should:
- Have a deep understanding of the IT industry, especially Software Licensing & Security.
- Prove a track record in pipeline generation & B2B account development.
- Demonstrate executive-level relationship-building skills.
- Keep high-quality attention to detail, even under pressure.
- Prioritize excellence, balancing multiple priorities seamlessly.
- Be driven by success—making quarterly goals your passion.
- Be open to occasional travel.
