Accomplished Account Executive – Drive Revenue Growth for SaaS Solutions
In this full-cycle field sales role, you’ll play a critical part in growing our revenue by building a strong pipeline of sales leads and managing opportunities from prospecting to closure. If you’re a driven, ambitious, and customer-focused professional with a passion for SaaS solutions, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities

- Research and qualify leads to ensure alignment with Newforma’s SaaS solutions

Customer Engagement & Sales Strategy
- Deeply understand prospect needs, pain points, and business challenges
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of our SaaS products, tailoring presentations to shift conversations from challenges to solutions
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations, showcasing key features and overcoming objections with confidence

Sales Cycle Execution & Closing Deals
- Manage the full sales pipeline, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and deal closing
- Drive high-value deals in Construction, Architecture, and Engineering (CADVE) sectors

Collaboration & Reporting
- Align with marketing, customer success, and product teams to refine messaging and deliver customer-centric solutions
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets

Industry & Competitive Insight
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive solutions, and evolving customer demands
- Adapt engagement strategies to fast-moving markets and emerging customer needs
Must-Have Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles
- Based in EMEA, with frequent travel capability (up to 25% company policy)
- Fluent in French (mandatory)
- Experience in SaaS or software sales, preferably with a track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills—able to engage at all levels
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus) and digital sales platforms
- Customer-centric mindset and problem-solving agility in a dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Direct experience selling to Architecture, Engineering & Construction firms (CADVE sector)
