Account Executive

Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland Hybrid Working

About the Opportunity

Whytematter Staffing Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation within the advertising and media sector.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic client services team, working within a fast-paced environment where collaboration, innovation, and exceptional client service are at the heart of everything they do.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality service to clients, supporting campaign planning and execution, and building strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners.

The Role

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, delivery, and evaluation of advertising campaigns while ensuring excellent client service throughout the campaign lifecycle.

  • Planning, delivering, and evaluating advertising campaigns.
  • Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and media partners.
  • Utilising specialist systems and data tools to support campaign planning and performance.
  • Managing workloads effectively and working to deadlines.
  • Identifying opportunities to develop business through existing client relationships and new opportunities.
  • Adhering to internal processes and procedures.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Providing support across wider business teams when required.
  • Monitoring client budgets and campaign KPIs.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum of two years' experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Desirable Criteria

  • Graduate degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Good geographical knowledge of Northern Ireland.
  • Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
