The Opportunity
We’re seeking a motivated, enterprise-focused Account Executive with deep B2B cybersecurity sales expertise to drive commercial opportunities across the UK/EMEA region—in-house, based in the UK.
Key Responsibilities

Hunting & Qualifying:
- Hunt, qualify, and manage end-to-end sales cycles to secure contracts for the watchTowr Platform.

Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Collaborate with leadership to develop accurate sales forecasts, prioritise target accounts, and execute winning strategies.
- Work with a high-growth mindset—our goal is aggressive demand generation.
- Run account development, engagement plans, and industry/segment segmentation.

Decision-Maker Criteria
We’re looking for someone who embodies these traits:

Years-Earned Experience:
- 5+ years in direct B2B/enterprise cybersecurity sales (product or consultancy).
- Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tech sold to named enterprise accounts.

Sector Expertise:
- Prior experience selling into highly regulated industries (e.g., banking, insurance, utilities) in a direct-sales role.

Domain Insight:
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity tools, how enterprises assess exposure, and market competitors within this category.

Sales Process & Maturity:
- Proven experience applying executable frameworks like the Challenger Sale methodology.
- Experience training and coaching junior/mid-level sales teams to hit targets.

Self-Sufficiency:
- Owns initiatives, requiring minimal hand-holding—self-starter with a track record.
