Account Executive

London | Hybrid 🏙️

Base: £40,000–£60,000 + uncapped/OTE-based earnings 💵

One of our clients; a fast-growing, tech-for-good SaaS scaleup operating in the carbonisation space is hiring an Account Executive to join its commercial team in London. 💚

This business is building software for a complex, operationally critical market and is already seeing strong traction. The product helps customers manage a highly manual workflow end-to-end, saving time, improving efficiency, and helping them win more business.

The Role

This is a high-volume, commercially focused AE role in a growing team. You’ll work across a largely inbound motion today, while also helping re-engage older pipeline and support a more proactive outbound approach over time.

You’ll be speaking with customers who rely on the product for a critical part of their day-to-day operations, so this role suits someone who can build trust quickly, understand operational pain points, and sell in a consultative way.

What You’ll Be Doing 📈

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
