Account Executive

Starting Salary: £27K + Comms (£32-35K OTE)
Location: Angel, Islington

As an Account Executive, you’ll be the face of Bechtle for your customers, building confidence quickly through structured training and hands-on coaching from day one. You’ll learn how to win business, build lasting relationships, and solve real challenges - developing into a trusted advisor, not just another salesperson. Backed by one of Europe’s leading IT providers, the London team offers a supportive, high-performing environment with real opportunities to progress quickly.

Job Role Responsibilities

  • Run your own desk like a business - take ownership, make decisions, and see the impact of your work
  • Prospect through calls, email, LinkedIn, and creative outreach that helps you stand out
  • Build and develop your own pipeline and customer base from scratch
  • Develop key skills including rapport building, commercial thinking, and adaptability
  • Work as part of a growing London team, supported by a well-established global business
  • Receive full training and ongoing coaching - no prior sales experience required

Job Requirements

  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude

  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Degree or A-Levels preferred but not essential
