The Well-Ordered Family, founded by Conor Gallagher (father of 16 and CEO of TAN Books), offers a Family Management System based on a six-step process to help families reclaim order and clarity in their lives. This system integrates business tools into family dynamics and provides on-demand courses, member webinars, tools, and coaching. The Role
The Account Executive will be the founding member of the Well-Ordered Family sales team. You will be a key part of Well-Ordered Family’s initial GTM launch and will pioneer the initial church and parish sales process. Reporting to the VP of New Business Development, this role will be directly responsible for all B2B revenue for Well-Ordered Family’s launch and continued growth. You will drive sales, build great customer relationships, and be the first representative of the brand to the market.

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop a pipeline of prospective church and parish customers through outbound calls, emails, professional networking, and/or other means.
- Own the complete sales process from first touch to renewal. This includes product demonstrations, negotiating and closing contracts, and post-sale follow-up.
- Maintain a high level of outbound sales activity, 50+ calls per day while focusing on creating strong customer relationships in order to expand into net new accounts.
- Consistently over-achieve sales targets.
- You will be the main representative of Well-Ordered Family to our customers and must assure that the brand and its values are represented appropriately.

Requirements
- 2-4 + years of B2B sales experience, with at least one year of closing experience.
- Passionate about helping further Christian, mission-driven organizations.
- Experienced selling into churches.
- A deep understanding of Christian churches’ sales cycles and buying and decision-making processes.
- Demonstrated knowledge of a variety of sales processes and techniques.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced and quickly evolving new business environment.
