Overview of the Company

Join a leading Lloyd's insurance broker with a strong presence in both the US and UK markets. Our team specializes in wholesale E&O insurance, primarily serving professional sectors such as Lawyers, Architects, and Engineers. We foster a collaborative and dynamic work environment, balancing in-office and remote work to maximize productivity and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture a diverse portfolio of E&O insurance accounts across both US and UK markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders to facilitate growth.
  • Identify client needs and tailor insurance solutions to meet those requirements effectively.
  • Collaborate with underwriters and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate policy issuance.
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with informed guidance and support.

  • Proven experience in insurance account management or a related field, preferably in E&O or Professional Lines – UK or US.
  • Strong understanding of the Lloyd's insurance market and wholesale brokerage operations.
  • Policy/ technically astute.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities to address client concerns.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, demonstrating flexibility and self-motivation.
