Account Executive (Social Housing) | Fully Remote | £55,000–£60,000

Location: Fully Remote (UK)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £55,000–£60,000 + OTE + benefits

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a commercially driven account executive with proven social housing experience to join a growing SaaS and data-focused business.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the social housing and public sector landscape and is confident driving both new business and account growth in a consultative, value-led sales environment.

  • Own the full end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting through to close
  • Identify and win new business across housing associations, local authorities, and the wider public sector
  • Build and develop strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Deliver engaging product demos, presentations, and virtual meetings
  • Manage and grow existing accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and renewals
  • Create and execute territory and account plans to hit revenue targets
  • Handle objections and negotiate deals to successful close
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting via CRM
  • Collaborate with internal teams including product, delivery, and marketing

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
