Account Executive

The role You'll be the person who keeps things moving. As an Account Executive, you're at the centre of the relationship between our clients and the studio, making sure projects stay on track and nothing gets dropped. It's a varied job. One day you're in a client briefing, the next you're pulling a presentation together or making sure a deadline gets hit. The briefs are interesting, the clients are serious about their brands and the people around you care about the work. You'll be supported from day one and given real responsibility as your confidence grows. About Mammoth We're a brand consultancy that specialises in clever answers to challenging questions. We work with world-leading universities, life sciences organisations, environmental leaders and ambitious brands to help them define what they stand for, where they compete and what comes next. Our offices are in Belfast and London, and our clients are spread across the UK, Europe, Canada and the US. Who you'll work with Day to day, you'll work closely with the wider Client Services team, including Account Directors and Account Managers, as well as our Strategy and Creative teams including Designers, Copywriters, Finished Artists, Videographers, Editors and Production Managers. You'll also work with Finance on billing and forecasting. On the client side, you'll be a trusted point of contact for marketing teams, brand leads and senior stakeholders. You'll report to a senior lead in the Client Services team. What you'll do Keep client accounts running. Write contact reports, keep records straight and make sure everyone knows what's happening and what's next. Organise meetings, attend briefings, capture feedback and help pull materials together for client presentations. Watch timelines and budgets, flag issues early and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams when needed. Use our job management system for quotes, POs and invoices. What we're looking for You're organised and good with people. You write clearly, notice the details and keep your head when things get busy. Experience in a marketing or agency environment is useful but it's not a dealbreaker. We've hired people straight from university and people who've taken a different path entirely. What they had in common was that they were sharp, reliable and genuinely cared about the work. We don't expect you to have it all figured out yet. We just want to see that you're interested and that you'll take it seriously. Sound like you? Send your CV and a short note about why Mammoth to hello@mammothbrand.com by 30th June. What we offer We're a growing team based in Belfast and we work hard and have a good time doing it. You'll get exposure to a genuinely varied client base across education, life sciences, large corporates and sport and entertainment, with real room to grow as the agency does. Beyond that: 33 days annual leave including bank holidays plus your birthday off, hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 wherever works), a city-centre office, a competitive salary, workplace pension and flexible hours when you need them.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
