Account Executive – Trust & Safety Intelligence & Compliance (Remote/Hybrid)
Resolver (A Kroll Business)
The Role
As an Account Executive, you’ll adopt a highly consultative approach to engage with global clients leading in Trust & Safety Intelligence and Compliance. You’ll collaborate with Trust & Safety leaders, General Counsels, and Security teams to understand their evolving challenges—spanning online harm, regulatory compliance, and platform abuse—positioning our suite of high-value intelligence, security, and compliance solutions.
Your role is to identify, mitigate, and respond to complex threats, enabling platforms, users, and communities to stay safe at scale. Based within the Trust & Safety division, you’ll originate, shape, and close high-impact strategic opportunities while managing the full sales lifecycle—from discovery to close. Your success hinges on building long-term, trusted client relationships rooted in insight, credibility, and measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales & Relationship Management
- Own and develop strategic, high-value sales opportunities, leading end-to-end sales cycles with a structured, insight-driven approach.
- Adopt a consultative, problem-first methodology—engage clients to uncover operational, regulatory, and reputational risks, translating challenges into tailored, enterprise solutions.
- Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and targeted outbound engagement within the Trust & Safety ecosystem.
- Establish trusted advisory relationships with senior stakeholders, including Trust & Safety leaders, General Counsels, and Security leads.
- Communicate complex solutions with clarity, impact, and commercial relevance in proposals, pitches, and stakeholder meetings.
Team Collaboration & Market Impact
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Partner teams to inform go-to-market strategies, influence product direction, and align offerings with market needs.
- Capture and synthesise client insights to feed back into product development, thought leadership, and marketing narratives.
- Mentor junior sales team members while fostering a high-performance, collaborative sales culture.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
