Account Executive

Account Executive - AI Infrastructure | Financial Services

Location: London (Hybrid) Salary: £100,000 – £140,000 base + uncapped commission + equity

Key Responsibilities

  • Secure new logo and expansion deals within financial services, hitting ambitious revenue targets.
  • Lead enterprise sales cycles—from initial stakeholder engagement (including C-suite) to final execution.
  • Leverage deep industry knowledge to position AI infrastructure as a strategic necessity.
  • Collaborate across functions to deliver seamless deployment and ROI for buyer organisations.
  • Capitalise on market trends and proactively identify key decision-makers shaping AI investment in finance.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record of winning new logo business—preferably in high-value sectors like banking, insurance, or capital markets.
  • Experience closing large deals, including complex enterprise sales cycles (e.g., 12+ month contracts with multiple decision layers).
  • Exceptional stakeholder management—comfortable engaging executives (e.g., CIOs, CDOs, CTOs) to align AI projects with company strategy.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for winning high-stakes pitches and negotiations.
  • Self-motivation and hustle mentality—this role is scaler-focused, not transactional.
