This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing global SaaS business helping hospitality operators run more efficient, profitable businesses.
The UK team is small but high-performing, with strong momentum thanks to their ability to solve a wide range of operational and commercial challenges through an extensive suite of SaaS, hardware, and payment solutions.
Operating in 50 countries and supporting over 10,000 venues, from independent operators to global brands, the business is continuing to invest and grow across the UK.

- Can generate your own pipeline
- Excel at uncovering customers' goals, challenges, and opportunities
- Build tailored solutions using SaaS, hardware, and payment products
- Can create urgency, handle objections, and consistently close new business
The Role
This is a 360 Business Development role with a strong focus on new business.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close (60%)
- Convert warm inbound and SDR-generated leads (40%)
- Open doors through outbound activity (calls, LinkedIn, networking)
- Lead high-quality discovery and position tailored solutions
- Sell into multi-site hospitality groups (restaurants, bars, hotels)
- Work towards quarterly targets
- Partner with an SDR (supportive, but you'll still be expected to generate your own pipeline)

What They're Looking For
- 3+ years in a revenue-generating sales role (SaaS or similar)
- Strong track record in new business / net new logo acquisition
- Proven ability in solution selling — this is non-negotiable
- You know how to ask the right questions
- You can uncover genuine commercial challenges
- You build value-led, tailored solutions rather than relying on generic pitches
- Comfortable engaging multiple stakeholders
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fully remote environment
