Job Overview
We are looking for an organised and proactive individual to join our growing OOH team as either an Account Executive. This role involves supporting day-to-day client activity, managing workflows, and coordinating with internal production teams to ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be confident communicating with clients, comfortable working with internal systems, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Role Objectives
- Responding to client email enquiries and day-to-day questions
- Attending and supporting face-to-face client meetings and on-site visits at client head offices
- Building, creating and updating campaign briefs using Workstream software
- Proofing and checking artwork using Switch software and providing guidance where required
- Managing and forecasting client activity through Work In Process (WIP) documents
- Monitoring and updating purchase orders and internal records from clients
- Collaborating closely with the production team to resolve daily operational issues
- Supporting the smooth delivery of OOH campaigns from brief through to completion, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer literacy
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload
- Professional, client-focused approach
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Positive attitude and ability to work within a team
Desirable Skills (Not Essential)
- Knowledge of or interest in the Out of Home (OOH) advertising/media market
- Understanding of large format print production or artwork processes
- Experience working within print, media, or advertising environments
- Familiarity with artwork proofing or workflow systems
