About The Role
This Account Executive role helps oversee the planning, staffing, and operations used at the heart of our business for our key clients, working on an account that deploys a trained workforce to demonstrate and sell a product in various retail channels leveraging Ted Tech for data-informed business decisions. This role is challenging, exciting, and is operationally complex.
Role Objectives & Responsibilities
- To ensure that the campaign execution output of the agency (planning, scheduling, and project management) is executed as planned and that client expectations are exceeded.
- To ensure accuracy in planning whilst diligently managing issues from trade and working with clients to find and communicate solutions, leveraging various sources of data for data-driven decision-making, driving execution excellence and speed in deployment.
- Working closely with our clients to effectively navigate the live working environment.
- Prepare and distribute work schedules to the workforce, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Coordinate with relevant departments to adjust schedules as needed.
- Ensure the staff booking portal is maintained and accurate to staff attendance and change of circumstance for new starters training.
- Monitor payroll enquiries email inbox for travel expense related-queries – respond to queries and resolve issues with assistance of the Senior Account Manager / Finance Director.

About you
- Ideally looking for experience of around 1-2+ years working within a similar role in a staffing agency / brand experience agency and/or field marketing agency alongside having experience in working in Operational / Client Services / Account Management teams.
- Highly presentable and ability to personally convey our brand attributes – professional, knowledgeable, confident, honest, and trustworthy.
- A brilliant and clear communicator.
- A decent level of social capabilities played out in building relationships with internal employees and senior stakeholders.
- Aptitude for system processes, development, and compliance management of online databases.
- Intermediate to advanced use of Microsoft Excel, and strong initiative for self-learning as reporting requirements develop over time.
- Fluency in Microsoft PowerPoint for building client-facing presentation decks, as well as training materials for wider external teams.
- High level of written English and eye for detail in producing both internal and external copy.
- A highly ‘detail orientated’ individual with excellent attention to detail and meticulous personal admin.
- Highly motivated and disciplined individual able to work on their own initiative and ‘make things happen’ through a determined resolute approach.
