You're a fit at any level if you want to learn / have:
Experience managing client relationships in a live events setting. A solutions oriented, highly organised, and calm under pressure approach. How to speak both client and production acting as the connective tissue between the two. A love for the details just as much as the big picture. A passion for live events, brand experiences, and delivering excellence on the ground.
Depending On Your Level, You Might Be
Account Executive (0–2 yrs exp)
You're the engine, supporting programs with logistics, documentation, and hands-on coordination. You’re eager to learn, quick on your feet, and a team player to the core.
Account Manager / Sr. Account Manager (3–6 yrs exp)
You're the day-to-day client lead and internal driver. You manage timelines, scopes, and production alignment. You think two steps ahead and can pivot quickly with grace.
Account Director (6+ yrs exp)
You lead accounts and client relationships at a strategic level. You guide teams, own budgets, solve problems fast, and help shape the client’s vision into a winning experience. You're as comfortable in a boardroom as you are on-site.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main client point of contact for active programs. Lead timelines, budgets, scopes, and staffing plans. Work closely with internal creative, production and operations teams. Translate client goals into clear internal direction. Manage onsite execution and post-event wrap. Contribute to organic growth and upselling within accounts.

What You Will Need
0.5–10+ years of client-facing experience in an agency environment. Strong understanding of production workflows and timelines. Ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and stakeholders at once. A detail-obsessed, proactive approach. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. On-site experience required (domestic and/or international a plus).
