Account Executive

Location: London (2 days from home, 3 days meeting customers)

Salary: Up to £55,000 + company car + uncapped commission

Driving licence required (company car provided)

The Opportunity

The products increase buyer enquiries, maximise development visibility, improve conversion rates and deliver measurable ROI, giving you a compelling value proposition from day one.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for winning new business across London, building relationships with New Homes Developers and becoming a trusted adviser within the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business with New Homes Developers across London.
  • Secure and lead high-quality customer meetings.
  • Run consultative discovery sessions to understand customer goals and challenges.
  • Educate customers on market trends and the full product suite.
  • Build tailored commercial proposals that deliver real value.
  • Own and grow your London territory.
  • Become a recognised expert within the London New Homes market.
  • Continuously develop by working closely with your manager, teammates and Learning & Development team.

What We're Looking For

  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Able to be customer-facing across London three days per week.
  • 3+ years' experience in a full-cycle closing role.
  • Experience using a structured sales methodology such as SPIN, Challenger, SPICED or MEDDICC.
  • Outstanding face-to-face relationship-building and presentation skills.
  • Commercially curious with a consultative approach to sales.
  • A genuine growth mindset and desire to improve.
  • Ambition to become an expert within the London New Homes market.
  • Backgrounds in SaaS, marketplaces, data, media or advertising are highly desirable. Property experience is not required.
  • Collaborative team player who enjoys learning from others and sharing best practices.
