About the role:
- Founding Account Executive hire in the UK with the chance to shape the future of the commercial function
- Full ownership of the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline generation through to negotiation and close
- Mid-market focus with short sales cycles, quick wins, and strong earning potential
- Selling an innovative AI platform into financial advisers and wealth management firms at a time when AI adoption is accelerating

Your previous experience:
- 3+ years of full 360 closing experience within FinTech, AI, or SaaS selling into financial advisers, wealth management firms, asset managers, or the wider financial services market
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota and delivering strong new business results
- Genuine hunter mentality with the ability to generate and convert your own pipeline
- Experience succeeding within a fast-paced start-up or scale-up environment
- Commercially sharp, highly driven, and motivated by ambitious targets
- Confident engaging senior stakeholders and managing deals from initial outreach through to close
- Resilient, adaptable, and energised by the challenge of building something new
- Someone customers naturally trust and enjoy working with
- Excited by the opportunity to join early, make an impact, and help define success in a new market

Package:
- £60,000 to £85,000 DOE + double OTE (uncapped)
